Charity Sale at Deep Root Farmers' Market on July 5th

On Sunday July 5th, HEARTIK participated in the Deep Roots Farmers Market located at Firefighters Park. Volunteers set up a stand to sell popular squishies with a variety of designs like the blue oreos and cake tabas, alongside artwork in bags and paintings created by children with autism. Many more items were additionally available for purchase such as handcrafted and crocheted trinkets and jewelry, crafted by the members of HEARTIK. The duration of this event lasted from 9:00am to 1:00pm, where all members worked with full effort to support and collect funds for the cause, while building a connection with the community. Although it was a partially rainy day, HEARTIK was still able to raise sufficient funds from their sales. This was a fun and memorable experience for all new and current members of the HEARTIK program.
